Agreement to Terms

TonBo's core mission is to protect your data privacy and provide intelligent network security. TonBo is operated by SpeedLine Innovation International LLC, headquartered in Wyoming (WY), USA. By accessing or using the services provided by TonBo (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Service Availability

TonBo is not intended for use in all countries. For legal compliance and risk management, we strictly prohibit the use of the Service within the following Restricted Jurisdictions:

• Trade Sanctions: Countries subject to U.S. embargoes (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria).
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to implement technical measures to block access from Restricted Jurisdictions. Accounts identified as operating within these regions will be terminated immediately without refund.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Engaging in any hacking, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access to networks.
• Distributing malware, spam, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Sharing or distributing content that violates third-party intellectual property.
• Accessing or distributing illegal content.

No-Logs Policy & Privacy

We maintain a strict No-Logs policy as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We perform transient geolocation checks during connection for compliance purposes only. This process does not involve permanent logging of your IP address.

Subscription and Refund Policy

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). No refunds will be granted for accounts terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedLine Innovation International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
